Erdogan and Putin failed to agree on the renewal of the "grain agreement".
According to the president of the Russian Federation, Russia is ready to return to this agreement only when all its demands are met. Among them, the removal of Russian grain and fertilizer supplies from sanctions, as well as the connection of banks to SWIFT.
The Russian Federation finally withdrew from the "grain agreement" in July this year.
